Celsius are fantastic. They installed my new combi boiler replacement and service my Ideal combi boiler every year since my combi boiler installation back in 2021. They are easy to deal with and their plumbers are always professional and friendly. They send me a service reminder every year which is really great service as it keeps my boiler in great working order and helps keep my 10 year ideal boiler parts and labour warranty in check. I will always highly recommend Celsius Plumbing and Heating to my fiends and family.

Boiler not working. Jamie found problem quickly and had it all sorted in no time. Very kindly answered my many questions.

New boiler fitted with smart thermostat. Ryan, Cameron and Bruce turned up punctually and did a good job in installing the boiler. All packaging and old boiler removed and no mess left. The guys were friendly and polite.

I phoned for a boiler service and that there was a fault showing. We had no heating or hot water. I booked an appointment online hoping for the next day.
An Engineer was organised for the next day, service was done and the fault fixed.
The Engineer was very nice, friendly and efficient. I will contact Celsius again if I have any problems...thank you.

The boys came round and really took the time to listen to my issues about my heating and rebalanced my system to push the heat to the areas I want. They were polite and friendly and all finished before your average work day starts.

From start to finish the experience with Celsius was fantastic and good value for money. After a recommendation from a neighbour for a boiler service, I contacted Celsius to arrange an appointment. The process was seamless, professional and efficient. The engineer arrived as arranged and carried out a very thorough service. I would definitely use Celsius again and would highly recommend to others.

From start to finish the experience was very good. The call handler was very friendly and set expectations. Got a phone call 20mins before engineers arrived. Very friendly and explained the issue and resolved my problem. Gave good advice on options moving forward.

I have used Celsius before for plumbing and boiler emergencies.
Always reliable, quick and communication is fantastic from start to finish.
This time boiler was leaking water from internal pipe which had split.
The engineer was as always polite, efficient and clearly identified the problem and solution.
