My kitchen sink drain was completely blocked and was not allowing any water in the sink to drain away. I couldn't use my dishwasher or my washing machine because of this blockage. Also the tap was leaking constantly. Both of these faults were rectified to my complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I had a constantly dripping kitchen tap fixed. Perfect service from initial contact, booking in when convenient for me, price, turned up when they said and got on with the job. Perfect from beginning to end. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Celsius again for plumbing repairs.

We first had Connor who did the boiler service and diagnosed a faulty zone valve. Then we had Conan who came back and fitted the zone valve. Both guys were excellent, very polite, did the job and cleaned up after. Would have no hesitation in recommend this company and will be using them for all plumbing and heating jobs in future.

I had a horrendous experience with this company. I had an issue with a broken shower that Celsius them selves fitted a couple of years ago. I contacted them and they agreed to send a plumber out to look at it. They have a policy whereby you have to pay £110 upfront prior to them coming out to assess a job - this should have rung alarm bells at the time as not all companies have similar policies, however I agreed to pay it as have used them a couple of times in the past without any issues. The £110 covers an initial visit of up to one hour. A surly plumber turned up at my flat and spent all of five minutes looking at my shower before telling me that it needed a new part, and that he would have to order it from the shower company. I asked if this was likely to incur an extra cost and he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'dunno'. He said he was just on his way back to the office and would order the part when he got there.
I didn't hear anything for the rest of the day so phoned Celsius and spoke to someone who had a look on their system and said he could see that the part had been ordered. Didn't hear anything from them the following day. The day after that I received an email saying 'After investigation found noise coming from solenoid valve, this isn't something we would change, we would recommend this job to a shower company. Job complete.' No mention of the part having been ordered and no attempt made to discuss this with me in person.
As I was surprised and annoyed that I had paid £110 for a five minute inspection with no repair made to the shower, I phoned Celsius to make my concerns known and to see if I could be given a partial refund. Spoke to someone who said he would speak to his manager. Didn't hear anything for a further four hours so phoned again and spoke to the same person who advised that he had spoken to his manager (but hadn't bothered to contact me to make me aware of this) and no refund was possible as the £100 covers the first hour's visit and no additional work.
I've since spoken to several other tradesmen who have advised that this is a highlt irregular business practice and they would never ask for money from a customer until the job has been satisfactorily completed. I would also question the ethics of a company who are happy to take £110 from a customer to have a look at a shower that they themselves fitted, only to later say that theu don't do shower repairs. Their communication was appalling and I had to go chasing after them to get even the smallest bit of information. I feel that I have been completely ripped off by Celsius and would advise anyone who is thinking about using their services to use a different, more trustworthy company.

The work was replacing and installing a new kitchen tap. The plumbing engineer did a great job and provided advice as this was a pull out tap and we didn’t have much space under the sink.
They were kind, polite and on time. Apart from the invoice afterwards they left a receipt of the job done and overall the process to arrange the work and do the payment was really nice and smooth.
I’d really recommend this trader.

Jamie attended our property and was here all day servicing our boiler and heating system. We had our system flushed through and a filter fitted along with agitated the radiators.
