Can't fault Celsius' communication. Very efficient in providing a quote and booking in work. Kept up to date with when the engineer would arrive. Problems explained clearly to me. No mess left after the work was completed.

We've recently had issues with the heating system. It was quite tricky one so took a bit of time and nerves for Jamie and the team to get it fixed. Long story short, it's been fixed now and we're are happy with the service and commitment and would definitely recommend Celsius Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Problem with our boiler which took 3 visits to resolve but I’ve given 4 and 5 stars because they did fix it and gave us a refund when it became clear when one part they’d fitted didn’t resolve the problem. Communication with the company and engineer was excellent and they always turn up on time.

Conon arrived on time to service my boiler and was tidy and polite the whole visit. The whole process was efficiently carried out. I’m definitely using Celcius again.

Very happy with the work done.
Connor from Celsius arrived at appointed time. He was very personable, knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He carried out the work, provided advice and looked at another issue we were having.
