Call out to fix central heating that had stopped working.
Engineer messaged beforehand to advise of estimated arrival time and then arrived promptly. He was friendly, professional, quick and efficient BUT importantly took time to explain everything. He didn't leave until I was reassured with all the instructions. He was also extremely patient in answering my additional questions about boilers in general (of which I had many!!).
I never use anyone but Celsius - their customer service is exceptional and even with the continued growth of their successful business - it still feels like a small, friendly, family-run business.

Needed my water tank replaced. Celsius were one of only a couple of companies that even responded to my initial email and from there is was exactly the service I was looking for. Initial exchanges used decent web site to secure quote - very responsive, clear communications. Good price, well explained. Work scheduled quickly. Then work itself genuinely excellent - really friendly expert plumber who did work to very high standard with great communication. Everything clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great service - came and fixed boiler the same day and even accommodated a preferred time. Engineers were friendly and helped explain and fix the issue promptly. Would recommend!

Reset boiler after pipes frozen from boiler . Temporary redirection for boiler water until weather warmer and then it will be reconnected

Leaking tap and a leak under bathroom sink plus stop valve jammed. Recommended new taps which I thoroughly agree with the plumber who clearly knows his job.

Celsius sent a plumber as we had a leak under the sink. Booking process was clear and easy, with costs explained up front. On the day of the appointment, the plumber arrived on time, calling to confirm when he was on his way. Great service and will 100% use again!!!
