Celsius helpful to me in supporting a friend living with Alzheimer’s- they adapt service well to his disability- do an excellent job sorting plumbing problems- are patient and clear with me explaining what’s been done. They communicate well and are reliable. I ve used them and continue to do so for my friend who lives in an old flat

I had an engineer, Connor, check over an old electric fire to ensure that it was safe to use. It is over 20 years old, rarely been used ever and never been used recently. Connor
did the job efficiently and speedily throughout and kept me informed about what he was doing in so far as I was able to grasp this! Throughout he was informative polite and pleasant to be with. He had a messy start to the job because the coals were covered in dust from debris that had fallen down the chimney during a repair job and had to be cleaned, but he tackled this with a will and got the cleaning job done efficiently and surprising quickly. The result of my gas-fire check was that it is no longer safe to use and had to be disconnected from the gas but at least I know that it was conducted by a skilled and thorough pair of hands in the hands of Connor.

The engineers were lovely and interactions with admin./managers positive and helpful.
When there was an issue with a tap fitted during the first visit, the second engineer patiently explored the issue and fixed it through trial and error. The only thing I do not especially care for is that you cannot phone anyone - as they use WhatsApp - but they do get back to you quickly. I will definitely use them again.

A relief to be able to arrange a boiler service easily. Booking and paying for the appointment was easy, Blair the engineer turned up on time, was friendly and helpful, and completed the job swiftly and efficiently. Will definitely be using again.

Called out to service a gas fire we hadn't used since moving in. Turns out, there's no gas to it! He had a good look round, did his best to solve the problem but then also helped secure the fire so that we knew it was safe to replace or just leave there. We're getting refunded the service fee since it wasn't possible to do. So even though we don't have a fire still, they did a great job.

I was getting a service on the heating boiler. I chose an afternoon appointment between 1-5. I received a message from Connor the engineer advising he aimed to arrive between 2.15 and 2.30 which he did. He serviced the boiler and reported to me all that he had checked in the boiler. He also checked all the radiators were working and he bled them also. Thankfully, I am all ready for the winter weather.
