Messaged Len in the morning to ask availability as my boiler had a burst water pipe, he was there same day and fixed the problem in no time at all. Nice down to earth guy and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Went above and beyond to try to find a gas leak. Unfortunately break in gas pipe under the building. Gas was capped and made safe.

This is the second time we have used Caledonian Gas Services.
We were so impressed with the prompt and efficient service in fitting a new LPG gas cooker that when we needed a replacement boiler we had no hesitation in using them again.
Yet again another great job!!

Some pipes moved to give better access and the disconnection of one radiator and the new fitting of another 3.
Good work done and tidy. Explained what he was doing as he went and asked questions on the fine details.
Gave advice freely and as the work changed he adapted easily to the changes. Upfront about the costs. (materials especially).

Did Gas safety when Boiler service was requested.Did not bother himself with leaving a copy of Gas Safety certificate. Complained to trusted trader.. no use. Both useless.

He diagnosed that a new boiler was required. He sourced one agreed by myself and fitted it in a professional manner for a competitive price. I was happy with the job and would definitely recommend him to anyone else and use him myself from now on. Great job.

Len's been my go to person for everything Gas and Plumbing for a few years now. He's one of the rare tradesmen who always responds quickly, willing to help, turns up when he says he will, highly skilled at his trade - knows his stuff, never tried to rip me off, and does this at a very competitive price. An old boiler at a rental finally gave up. Len advised on a suitable replacement and was able to have the replacement in under 2 days at a very reasonable price. Very happy with the work carried.
