This is the third year that Bolton Roofers LTD have been involved in the tenements maintenence and repair plan.
14 owners are pro-actively committed to this plan and Robin Bolton and his team have work with us in a very effective way. The annual cost for each owner is approximately £300.

Overall very professional roofing contractor. Kept all appointments with me.
Explained issues with my roof in terms I could understand and made recommendations for fixing the issues. When further issues were uncovered after removing roof tiles, Robin the contractor notified me promptly and showed me firm evidence of problem with rotting timber.
In my opinion an honest trustworthy company.
Job cost as was quoted.

I have used Bolton Roofing Contractors on a number of occasions over the years, as well as recommending them to others.
They have always been very pleasant to deal with, from Mr Bolton senior, through to Mr R Bolton and all the workmen.
The workmanship is done to a high standard, by workmen who work hard in all weathers (almost!).
Their quotations are very clear as to what needs done and how they will do it, and never has the final bill been more than the quotation.
I fully recommend them for any roofing work.
