Just had my rhones cleaned by Dean and Jamie from Bolton Roofing. The guys were excellent! Didn't even stop for a cup of tea! I contacted Bolton Roofing after high winds caused damage to the roof of my home. The service I received was excellent starting from the professionalism of the staff member I spoke to on the phone, the identification of the work involved and work undertaken. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and use them again if needed.

I had to have a roof survey done at short notice. Bolton Roofing did this promptly and produced a report the same day as the survey - Excellent customer service.

I appreciated the careful planning of the works and the explanations why certain works cannot be done in this way but in another. I am not a roofer, clearly, but Henry sat down with me going over pictures and explaining the steps. When the works started he even came again to instruct the workers and point out special characteristics of the roof.
Estimate and the final bill remained the same, no bad surprises!

I did not actually have any work done, however Bolton came to give me a quote for work that needs done on my roof on the morning of February 4th and I am still waiting for the quote, after 2 emails and 4 phonecalls, all citing a backlog in quotes and work. A 2 month backlog for a quote?!!

We have had to use Bolton Roofing on several occasions to address problems (and leaks) on the roof of a large 1872 house. They have given excellent advice and service everytime. We really appreciated the quality of service when the FRB has been closed and the team made the journey via Kincardine to complete a relatively small job. Thank you Bolton Roofing.

Bolton Roofing did a first class job for the roof repairs to my home. The customer service was excellent from the initial contact through to the completion of the job. Experts were brought in at all stages of the work for the flat roof, the lead work repairs etc so I had complete confidence that the work would be finished to the highest standards.
