We thought we had a squirrel in our loft but it turned out to be a rat, yeek! A week of traps and monitoring confirmed it wasn't a current problem, and we were given good advice on how to manage any future visitors, and honest information about the difficulties in trying to pest-proof the space. Very knowledgeable and reassuring about all elements of the process, very happy with everything about the service.

Adam from Barricade was excellent – friendly, thorough and efficient. He did a full check of the house and quickly identified the hotspots for our mouse issue. Adam came to my late mother's house, which I was getting ready to sell and which had mice. He was extremely professional and kind on all three visits. Very professional and courteous service for a very fair price. Just what you need.

Hi there I had someone booked to come yesterday his name was A*** anyway I just wanted to take the time to say out of everywhere I rang yesterday you were by far the best from start to finish. The girl on the phone was super helpful, we were desperate and to get someone out the same day was a relief. You gave me the price with the vat already added so it was nice to get charged what you said, the tracker showing your arrival was fab and as for A*** he really is a credit to you. My sons autistic and has adhd and his medication had wore off so he was hyper and talked non stop and A*** was calm patient and answered all my sons questions and listened to him and left here my sons hero. He explained things so well I even learnt something, very knowledgeable I was shocked to hear he's not even been with your company 3mths yet as he was a natural. N*** didn't want him to leave he was even friendly to my dogs. Even your payment system was easy with the receipt and the link. I've never needed pest control before but if I ever did I wouldn't hesitate to use you again or recommend you to others.

Had a wasp nest in wall cavity near guttering. Called first thing and Rebecca managed to get me a same day appointment at 11am. Jarvis arrived nice and early, fantastic friendly and informative service. I was delighted in getting this resolved and happily very quickly so easily - Huge Thanks

Sean was very professional, investigating our wasp issue, finding the site of the nest and treating it. I would strongly recommend Barricade, they are very professional and good to deal with.

Jarvis did an excellent job for us. He always arrived very punctually and was very pleasant. He always explained exactly what the issue was and what he was doing to remedy it. I would not hesitate to use Barricade again.

Called up yesterday to arrange for a Wasp's nest to be removed. Was booked in at 0900 this morning. Brendan turned up bang on time, was knowledgeable, personable and got the job done quickly.

Very happy to recommend Barricade, work was carried out promptly and professionally. New grids fitted to vents on exterior walls look especially smart as the frames are in a colour matching the surrounding brickwork.
