Barricade Group Limited T/A Barricade Pest Control

In January my old tenement flat had unwelcome visitors (mice) and I used Trusted Trader to find contact details for some local pest businesses. I spoke to a few but from the initial call I was impressed by the professionalism at Barricade. They gave clear information by telephone about the service, and costs, and what could be done. Adam arrived to investigate the problem promptly and continued providing service over the past weeks. Highly professional, skilled, great communication - he didn't hesitate to 'get his hands dirty' and unlike some of the other businesses I approached, Adam and Barricade took a very pro-active and positive approach, identifying specific 'entry points' for the pests and closing those down. Always during visits, 100% professional, punctual, leaving no mess. Highly recommended

The work undertaken was the investigation and eradication of a mouse (mice?) which had eaten through plastic pipework, creating a leak in my central heating system npipework and causing the boiler to shut-down.

The trader (Adam) was a delight to deal with on all three of his visits, and was both knowledgable and courteous and helpful at all times.. (My score of 4 for "value" simply reflects that I am unaware of the costs which other pest control comanies charge).

The mouse is probably now deceased - no further evidence has been recorded by Adam - so hopefully no more cold mornings!

Ben visited us last week as we had a rodent problem.Right from the start he explained everything to us and what the process was and thoroughly inspected our property.He has since returned as planned and I am delighted to say the rodents haven’t returned! I cannot praise him enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.If we ever have a return of any sort of rodents i certainly know who i will be calling. Thanks for all your help Ben you have no idea how much it is appreciated.

The service we received from everyone we had contact with from Barricade was excellent. We had mice in our home and the team were extremely knowledge, reassuring and supportive when providing advice on options and booking a technician, treatment and follow up work, and Ben who carried out the treatment and follow up work was again hugely supportive and reassuring. The team also didn't recommend anything we didn't need and provided us with a range of options. We would definitely use Barricade again (though hopefully we don't have to), and would recommend to others.

Wasp nest removal from attic. Sean was brilliant, he let me know when he was arriving, was friendly, efficient and did the work and cleaned up after him. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic efficient and super effective service from start to finish! Rebekah was lovely to deal with to arrange a visit and Ben turned up when he said he would. The large wasps nest was in a difficult area, but Ben was very thorough in dealing with this and within the hour the wasps were no longer! Weve had no further issues with wasps and Ben even popped in to check all was ok and to make sure the issue was completely fixed. Really happy and wulod definately use them again, Thanks Ben and Rebekah.
