BR Domestic Appliance Specialist

Came to repair my dishwasher and was charged £65 for less than 30 minutes where he removed the kickboard, played around with a screwdriver at the bottom of the machine, which he did not even pull out and said he had re-set the overflow fill - didn't know there was such a thing. Machine worked twice after that and has not worked since. I had stated that the programme appeared to be stuck and would not move forward from the initial start up of the motor. Sent him a text to let him know it is still not working and he did say he could come back and see if it was 'repairable' - sorry but no confidence in this company at all and not prepared to through good money after bad.

I called Billy when my washing machine broke down, he was very responsive friendly and helpful. He gave good advice and I felt under no obligation. But I was very happy once I had spoken to Billy at BR Domestic Appliances, he gave me sound advice and was able to come at short notice and install my dishwasher. Would use again without hesitation.

The work was carried out promptly (within 2 days of contacting the engineer. He arrived at the arranged time and carried out the work efficiently. All now appears to bw working well again.

Disconnected old hob and oven and connected new hob and oven to the existing spurs, Communication was excellent and a very reliable service provided. The job was completed quickly and efficiently to the required standards. Would definitely recommend this trader to a friend.

The website query form didn't seem to work for me, but rang them instead and received great quick service. They came the next day and put a new element and lamp in my Zanussi oven, no fuss and good overall experience. Will keep his card as my go-to person for domestic appliance repairs.

Aged cooker was losing heat and needed new seals. Mr Rutherford managed to source replacements and promptly fitted them. Not cheap but efficient cheerful service and much cheaper than buying a new cooker!

Came out and fixed broken oven. Arrived as promised and sorted the problem. Great to be able to fix rather than have to replace. Very pleased with the service provided.
