Billy was a saviour! My oven broke the 3 days before Christmas and after ringing around a couple of places unsuccessfully, I thought Christmas was cancelled. One of them then recommended trying Billy as he was local to me, and luckily he fitted me in and was brilliant. He explained everything he was doing, everything that needed doing and laid out the costs before proceeding.
He was friendly and efficient.

Came out as soon as he was available, which given the time of year (Hogmanay!) was great, and got the oven working. Would happily use again.

We called Billy out to repair our built in electric oven. We had no current contacts for this type of work but were impressed by previous reviews we had read on line for BR Domestic Appliance Specialist so decided to go with them.

Billy called the next day and fixed the problem on his first visit. All charges and costs were communicated up front so we knew exactly where we stood. The work was carried out to high standard and at a competitive cost, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Billy to family and friends.

It was a Saturday and the oven element blew mid way through cooking a big dinner for a family celebration. I called around a few places but knew it would be hard to get someone at such short notice on a Saturday afternoon. One place I called suggested I call Billy and yes, fantastic, he shifted things around and came over as soon as he could. He fitted the right element and got the over working again, and back in went the food!
He is polite, tells you what he is doing and does not bamboozle you with terminology OR treat you like you don't know anything.
I will use his services again next time something needs fixed. Recommend!!!

I emailed late evening regarding a broken fan oven and had an appointment arranged for the next day. Billy arrived on time, replaced the fan and left things tidy. Would recommend.

Phoned Billy to come and fix our Bosch washing machine which had started making some very loud grinding noises the previous night. He was amazing, he juggled his appointments around for that day and arrived at the house a couple of hours later.
