Billy had to try a couple of things before getting my washing machine working properly again. He always came when he said he would, put things back the way he found them and didn’t ask for payment until it was working again, definitely recommend.

Our week could not have gotten much worse with the failure of our oven and dishwasher on top of a sick mummy!

I called Billy at 9.00am and he was at our house by 10am, admitadly due to a cancellation. He carried parts in his van so was able to replace the pump on the dishwasher and the fan on the oven there and then.

All carried out in an impeccable manner at a fair and honest price. I would not hesitate to recommend Billy to anyone.

Location of work carried out- Aberlady, East Lothian:
I booked Billy to service a dishwasher which hadn’t been used for sometime - and then extended the job to include the installation of an under counter oven and check the recent installation of a new washing machine. He had to re-do the electrical connection to oven.
Billy attended earlier than originally booked - which was very useful as were on a tight time frame and carried out all work very professionally. He took away the old appliance. We are totally satisfied with the work, the price and the communication. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Billy.

My oven element had blown and after 1 quick call I had someone coming out the next day to have a look and fix it.

I was warned that he may not have the element I needed in stock (he did) and gave me a rough cost (turned out to be exact).

Came to the house and not only did he replace the element he gave it a health check for us.

Arrived promptly and dealt with the 3-4 problems we had in the kitchen in a clean and professional manner.

Billy was quick to respond, professional and friendly. Went over and above to fix our dishwasher, including fixing something the installer should have done. Really happy with the service and price, will def call Billy next time we have any issues with our appliances.

We contacted Billy when our washing machine had started acting up. He arrived within a couple of hours of our call. The problem was identified and the nessary parts ordered. These were fitted promptly and efficiently as soon as they were available.
While he was fixing the washing machine we asked him to have a look at our oven which was also not working as it should. Again defective parts were identified and a price agreed and work completed the next working day.
All work was done efficiently and cleanly with minimum disruption to us.

Great service for replacement oven element. Can't fault it.

My washine machine broke down over the weekend and using Trusted Trader I found Billy. I phoned him on Minday morning and he explained his rates and came down later in the day and had the problem fixed in about an hour.

Billy provided an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and using his services again if required.

Absolutely brilliant . Phoned back when he said and arrived on time. Explained about costs and call out fee on phone before arranging appointment. Very honestly explained on inspection that my dishwasher was too old to be worthwhile repairing . But did not tout for additional business . However, went above and beyond to help replace said machine, on my request, and all at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

All costs explained during the phone call, and the Engineer turned up exactly on time. Found the problem, and explained the full cost before starting work.
Work done was, quick and tidy. Everything working, and given all contact details for followup.
