Billy was quick to respond, professional and friendly. Went over and above to fix our dishwasher, including fixing something the installer should have done. Really happy with the service and price, will def call Billy next time we have any issues with our appliances.

We contacted Billy when our washing machine had started acting up. He arrived within a couple of hours of our call. The problem was identified and the nessary parts ordered. These were fitted promptly and efficiently as soon as they were available.
While he was fixing the washing machine we asked him to have a look at our oven which was also not working as it should. Again defective parts were identified and a price agreed and work completed the next working day.
All work was done efficiently and cleanly with minimum disruption to us.
I would definitely use Billy’s services again if the need arises and have no hesitation in recommending him to others

I was warned that he may not have the element I needed in stock (he did) and gave me a rough cost (turned out to be exact).

Came to the house and not only did he replace the element he gave it a health check for us.

I booked Billy to service a dishwasher which hadn’t been used for sometime - and then extended the job to include the installation of an under counter oven and check the recent installation of a new washing machine. He had to re-do the electrical connection to oven.
Billy attended earlier than originally booked - which was very useful as were on a tight time frame and carried out all work very professionally. He took away the old appliance. We are totally satisfied with the work, the price and the communication. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Billy.

I called Billy at 9.00am and he was at our house by 10am, admitadly due to a cancellation. He carried parts in his van so was able to replace the pump on the dishwasher and the fan on the oven there and then.

All prices for repair of the possible faults causing the breakdown of my washing machine were given in advance and not altered at the time. He was very competent and efficient, finding and repairing the fault quickly as well as checking it was in good working order before leaving. Excellent job just what is needed.

Billy is a gem, he was like a man on a mission to fix my elderly oven, (which had been incorrectly diagnosed by the manufacturer) and to my amazement, after a lot diagnostic checking and real effort, he managed it!

He didn’t give up when I suspect the vast majority of tradesmen would have, he was personable, chatty and I felt very comfortable having him in my house.

He arrived on time and as promised, kept me updated throughout and didn’t even eat my biscuits!
