Replacement of holed door seal on elderly Bosch washing machine.

Billy Rutherford came on time, was obviously very experienced and well-equipped with necessary tools and had correct part in his van. Pleasant manner, worked efficiently and repair completely successful. No hesitation about recommending him.

I called Billy at 10.30 and he was there for 2pm…
We really needed the work done and he did not disappoint.

My washing machine was making funny noises during a spin cycle nd a friend suggested I contacted BR Domestic Appliance Specialist so I called and Billy came out the next day and fixed my machine there and then! If any of my other appliances break down I know who I will be contacting!

Billy is a gem, he was like a man on a mission to fix my elderly oven, (which had been incorrectly diagnosed by the manufacturer) and to my amazement, after a lot diagnostic checking and real effort, he managed it!

He didn’t give up when I suspect the vast majority of tradesmen would have, he was personable, chatty and I felt very comfortable having him in my house.

He arrived on time and as promised, kept me updated throughout and didn’t even eat my biscuits!

Arrived as agreed the day after I first called him, with a new integrated cooker. He fitted it without issue,and left a very happy customer. I highly recommend his services.
