He is very friendly and reliable (he replied to my original contact form almost immediately) and turned up at exactly the arranged time.
After removing the dishwater, Billy made a great job of improving the appearance of the space left so that it is ready for a new freestanding appliance - this was unexpected and much appreciated. 5 star service! Washing machine broke down.. Called Billy late afternoon and he came out very next day. Confirmed that the motor circuit board would be too costly to repair, so asked him if he could supply a new machine, which to my delight was delivered and plumbed in the very next day at a very reasonable price. Prompt, professional, courteous, reliable.. highly recommend!

I have used Billy twice now after he was recommended on another site. The first time he fixed my dishwasher the day after I called him. I was really impressed so contacted him to fix a washing machine in my rental property. He visited the same day (a Friday) and as the machine was so old and too expensive to fix, he sourced and fitted new machine and took the other one away within 2 days. Excellent service and highly recommend!

My initial query was followed up by Billy within five minutes and a visit arranged to suit me. The cost was clearly explained in advance. He arrived early, quickly identified the fault and the machine was repaired within an hour. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would recommend him very highly.

I contacted company 9am on Monday morning and Billy was here by lunchtime same day to fix my oven which was not heating up. He fitted a new element and job was done and dusted by 2pm. I was given a price before he started the job and I was very satisfied with the service and the price. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Had been highly recommended by another company who do not cover call outs in the Rutherford, West Linton Area. Although had a busy day ahead Billy was able to call at lunch time and fix the problem with my oven, having made the phone call earlier in the morning.

I called Billy when my washing machine broke down, he was very responsive friendly and helpful. He gave good advice and I felt under no obligation. I ordered a new washing machine, it arrived very early I messaged him (very early in the morning) to fit it and he was here and the job was completed within an hour.

I called at 9am from Cockenzie, and had a visit early afternoon the same day.
All costs explained during the phone call, and the Engineer turned up exactly on time. Found the problem, and explained the full cost before starting work.
Work done was, quick and tidy. Everything working, and given all contact details for followup.
All in all, excellent service. Had my oven up and running the same day I called.

Absolutely brilliant . Phoned back when he said and arrived on time. Explained about costs and call out fee on phone before arranging appointment. Very honestly explained on inspection that my dishwasher was too old to be worthwhile repairing . But did not tout for additional business . However, went above and beyond to help replace said machine, on my request, and all at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.
