Our 20-year old washing machine motor failed. We contacted Billy on a Saturday who said he could come Tuesday to see if it can be fixed. We expected that we might need to purchase a new machine, but no, it was repaired and working just great. In addition we wanted a new seal fitted if it worked, and it was. Just great service - Billy very pleasant to deal with, we admire his expertise and will recommend to friends.

Billy came when he said he would (the next day in the morning) and sorted out our washing maching with a minimum of fuss. He is a pleasant person who clearly knows just what he is doing. Would not hesitate to use again.

Did a good job fixing my washing machine, it broke again after he left and he came right back at no extra cost. Again the machine seemed to be working, he said if it broke again he'd come back in a couple of days with a new part. The machine did break again but my wife decided to get a new machine. He refunded half what we'd paid as per his original quote.

Billy was fantastic. My Dyson stopped working so he picked it up and returned it the following day, all in working order. Competitively priced too. Great customer service from start to end. Billy himself was very friendly and certainly someone I would recommend and will be using in the future.

There was a dishwasher problem in he flat. Although when switched on it made the right initial noises it failed to operate. I arranged a visit from Billy and he was able to sort the problem for a very reasonable price. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to fit in a visit and he came on time. I will certainly turn to BR Domestic first if I have repair problems in the future.

Dyson needed serviced and a new battery fitted. I provided the battery and Billy collected the Dyson, completed the work and delivered it the next day. Helpful, friendly service, highly recommended.

Washing machine door lock mechanism replaced.

A friend recommended Billy to me, and when I spoke to him just after lunch he said he would pop out in the afternoon to see me. He was absolutely true to his word and arrived promptly and fixed the washing machine door lock in no time. All in all, from first call to repair was just under two hours, and all for a very reasonable price.

I am very pleased and impressed with the speed and quality of the service and would definitely recommend Billy.

We had a washing machine door seal replaced and while he was there the engineer gave us some helpful advice about an oven that was tripping the RCD

Phoned this company regarding my dishwasher that was showing an error code. They were really helpful and rather than come out and charge me suggested what I might do easily myself to clear the code, which worked! So unusual these days to get someone friendly and helpful, would definitely make me want to use them again if needed.

Our washing machine has been periodically not working properly and not finishing cycles, so Billy came out promptly and advised me what the issue was and how much it would cost to fix it. He advised us that it would be better to buy a new machine because of the age of our washing machine. I really appreciate his honestly and sound advice, somebody else could have made a fast buck by fixing the machine but Billy's honesty and integrity meant he gave us invaluable advice and even went the extra mile by helping me narrow down the search for the new machine. He responded to an initial text immediately. He came to do the job when arranged and completed the repair expertly.

Called Billy as my elderly Mother's oven caught on fire and I hoped it was fixable. Billy turned up the very next day as agreed and resolved the issue straight away. Source of the issue was fat on the grill element. There was absolutely no overselling, replacement of parts that were not required etc, Billy simply burnt off the fat and the oven is back to fully working.
A very honest and dependable service I will certainly be using again.

Washing machine had been leaking quite badly. I called BR and he was able to come out to look at the machine that day and found the problem. He ordered a new seal and came the next day to replace it. Service was excellent, very helpful, would highly recommend and would use again.
