I rang Billy on Friday afternoon and he came out first thing on Saturday. He assessed the problem with our oven and ordered the part that was needed. He kept us up to date on the expected delivery time of the part and rang us as soon as it arrived. He was then able to install it first thing the next day. He was great at keeping us informed, arrived on time and worked quickly. Very happy with this service and will be using again.

Billy checked out our washing machine as it was not spinning properly. He was very clear about his pricing. I phoned late in the day and he came round early the next morning. He worked out the issue and was very helpful. We would certainly use his services again.

Had an oven breakdown that needed sorted quickly . Billy (arrived the next day) when said he would . He carried out the repair like he said he would . Cleaned up like he said he would and it was a fair price . Very happy with the friendly efficient service and would use him again .

We had an issue where a Bosch washing machine was not starting. Billy identified the problem as a child lock mistakenly engaged and was able to rectify it simply by talking us through steps on the phone. An excellent service.

I contacted Billy as I had a wire stuck in the drum of my washing machine. He was able to come out the following day and fixed the problem within 30 mins. He also noticed a problem with the way the machine had been fitted and fixed that for me aswell. Lovely guy, very friendly and great value for money service. Would recommend and will definitely contact him again in the future for any other appliance repair needs.

Billy came out to my property to have a look at my washing machine which had stopped working mid-cycle. Over the phone he explained his pricing clearly, which was appreciated. He found the source of the problem and stayed to make sure it was all fully resolved. He additionally made sure the machine was level and we had a nice chat too. I would definitely contact Billy again should any of my appliances fail.

Repair carried out to a blocked cooker hood. I have used BR Domestics on several occasions now for various appliance issues and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

The door on the Beko washing machine wouldn’t open after it’s cycle , wet clothes were in for 3 days as it was over the weekend & the soonest l could contact an engineer was 9am last Tuesday. I looked at Trusted Trader & as impressed by Billy’s reviews, called him & he said he would try & come round that day. I was amazed to have such an instant response & although he didn’t have the part on him , he ordered one & returned the following evening to fit it. I would certainly recommend him to anyone & good to know that he can repair most domestic items as things do break down!

Phoned this morning as Bosch washing machine showed an error code and wouldn't go, got a service visit by lunchtime. Fault was with the motor as predicted online and engineer repaired the motor there and then. Saved me having to get a new motor or new washing machine and fitted me in as last call before going on hol, even texted to tell me he was on his way, great service.
