The engineer quickly fixed our dishwasher on the day of contacting the company. Luckily no parts were needed and the issue was identified and put right on the spot. Bobby was great, he came out at short notice on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived when he said he would. He had the part in his van and fixed our washing machine in no time. Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

Washing machine would not drain. Tried draining water away manually and unblocking but problem was not solved. Phoned Billy on Monday. He quoted costs depending on whether he could unblock or would need parts or tell me machine needed replaced. He came on Tuesday as agreed. He sorted it out quite quickly and cost was as quoted. Very pleased.

Washing machine was leaking due to split door seal. A quote to supply and fit a new seal was provided the same day I called and a time arranged for the following day. Billy called in advance to check we would be in, arrived as arranged and completed the job. Very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Phoned Billy Rutherford this morning as I had a problem with my AEG oven. Billy was able to identify the problem over the phone. He came to my home this afternoon and replaced the heating element in my oven. I would definitely recommend Billy and he will be my first port of call should
any of my other appliances need repair

Our dishwasher is quite old and the broken part was no longer available from the manufacturer however using his skill, Billy was still able to repair the dishwasher probably saving us hundreds of pounds!
