William came out promptly, and provided honest, fair advice about the likely nature of the issue and the efficacy of the work he did. He was polite and friendly and the fee he charged was very fair. I contacted this company based on Trusted Trader reviews, as I had a problem with my washing machine which wouldn't empty, and they were all spot on.
I emailed for a quote and Billy Rutherford got back to me that evening asking me to phone the following morning with more details. He informed me clearly of his charges and I couldn't believe that he came out the same afternoon and fixed it.
It turned out not to be the pump but just clogged up so it was just the call out charge. While here he set straight to work and was friendly and polite and had the job done in no time. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

Having a new oven supplied and fitted , Billy was excellent took time to take me through the workings of new oven ,if I had any problems ,just phone him and he would pop in and sort them out .Would recommend this company .

Phoned Billy to come and fix our Bosch washing machine which had started making some very loud grinding noises the previous night. He was amazing, he juggled his appointments around for that day and arrived at the house a couple of hours later.

The work was carried out promptly (within 2 days of contacting the engineer. He arrived at the arranged time and carried out the work efficiently. All now appears to bw working well again.

It was a Saturday and the oven element blew mid way through cooking a big dinner for a family celebration. I called around a few places but knew it would be hard to get someone at such short notice on a Saturday afternoon. One place I called suggested I call Billy and yes, fantastic, he shifted things around and came over as soon as he could. He fitted the right element and got the over working again, and back in went the food!
He is polite, tells you what he is doing and does not bamboozle you with terminology OR treat you like you don't know anything.

Emailed Billy on a Sunday to give me a quote for supply and fit a washing machine seal and he replied same night. Quote was reasonable and I'm very happy with the finished job using genuine parts. Friendly, reliable & I would happily recommend him.
