My washing machine broke and with 2 small children, I was concerned about it getting fixed during the lock down.
On contacting Bill, he arrived in a couple of hours and was efficient, helpful and great value. He took particular care by wearing gloves and a mask and was very clear how he could and would assist while maintaining the rules of social distancing etc. I was extremely grateful and impressed with his approach. I thoroughly thoroughly recommend to anyone. Never have I been so pleased to hear my washing machine whirring again/attack the laundry! Thank you.

Billy responded to my washing machine SOS within a couple of hours. After discussion, it was obvious that a repair would not be cost effective. During this time Billy demonstrated a sound knowledge and understanding of his Craft, patience and, above all, no pressure was put on me.

Billy removed the old integrated washing machine and installed the new freestanding one. A first class job and worthy of 5+ stars!! I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Disconnected old hob and oven and connected new hob and oven to the existing spurs, Communication was excellent and a very reliable service provided. The job was completed quickly and efficiently to the required standards. Would definitely recommend this trader to a friend.

Called on Sunday with a broken down washing machine, Billy came the next day and gave me a time slot. Very reasonable call out charge and went over the options with me before proceeding. Fixed the problem within 20 mins and called back later to check all was well. Excellent service and would recommend.

Billy replaced a broken grill element on our AEG oven - essentially did what he said right from the initial contact. Stayed in touch, turned up when he said and fixed the issue quickly and then charged less !!!! First time to write a review but he deserves the full 5. Very good service.

Bottom oven has been out of use for a long while now. Billy replaced the faulty element and I’m pleased to say it’s working great! Thank you!

Billy responded quickly when my washing machine malfunctioned and fitted me in the same day. He was reliable and helpful. He did a thorough check and offered useful advice about several aspects of the machine. In the end, no work was required, but his call out fee was reasonable and I appreciated his expertise. My oven stopped working, and within 20 hours Billy had come and took less than an hour to repair and fit a new element. My oven was working again to allow me to bake for visitors the next day within 24 hours from my first phone call. Pleasant, efficient and helpful engineer who I can highly recommend.

Billy has installed a washing machine and repaired a dishwasher. Both times he has answered messages quickly, turned up when he said, and done the work very efficiently. It’s great knowing that there’s someone totally reliable I can always get hold of even when it is urgent, and who will do a really good job.

I contacted Billy of BR Domestic Appliances. We discussed on the phone the problem I was having with my washing machine. Billy advised that the most likely problem was to do with the drum bearings. He said that due to the age of the machine (10years) it would not be cost effective to replace these. Also that it would be unlikely he would be able to source replacement ones for my model of machine due to its age. I really appreciated his advice and that he also saved me £35 call out charge. I will certainly recommend and use BR in the future.

Called Billy out on Christmas eve to fix oven. He was there and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Great service.

Washing machine and oven were broken. Billy turned up when promised. Quickly solved both problems. Now have a working oven and machine. I'm a delighted customer and would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Billy.
