We have been using Anglo Scottish for the last 3 years for problems with mice in Edinburgh. When they need to react to a problem they always come as quickly as they possibly can. In a situation where we have scheduled a visit for preventative measures they come at the agreed time. The representatives are always discreet and polite.

Anglo Scottish Pest Control provided excellent service for us on two separate occasions. Gavin was both very helpful and knowledgeaable about the problem we were having. He provided excellent service by coming out to the property when we needed him to be there and there has been no recurrence of the pest problem so far.

We had a mouse infestation in our tenement flat that needed sorting quickly as my wife was due to give birth. Anglo-Scottish dealt with the problem in two visits, their operative was very professional and the price we paid we felt reflected good value for the work done.

Probably one of the best Pest Control companies out there. They provide a timely service, are very professional, and will usually solve any pest control issues in one visit! Would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy service.

I was unsure of if I had a bed bug problem as I found small insects in my flat. I called Anglo Scottish Pest Control and they quickly called me back even though it was the weekend. I was able to text in the pictures of the insects on Saturday night and I got a near instant response reassuring me that they were not bed bugs and were in fact harmless insects (however I may have a damp problem instead!). They had very good knowledge over a range of insects and quickly put my mind at ease without any call out required. If I have an issue again they will be the first I call.

Wow how refreshing to get an honest tradesman. I called up to say I thought we had an infestation. Gavin asked me to send a picture. Got back to me in a few minutes to tell me what they were and how to deal with them and that he didn't think they would require to come just now. I have been used to tradesman who would have charged £80 for just turning up and telling me the same, when I asked how much I owed he said it's OK we are happy to help and give advice. I can't recommend enough, great to see a good honest tradesman. Thank you.

I have used this pest control company several times over the past 2 years in 2 properties which we manage. We have always had the same technician onsite ... Gavin is very knowledgeable and helpful giving advice which was extremely useful. He has always answered our calls very quickly and gone out of his way to fit in with our schedules. A return visit for the last call out was no problem.

Gavin Lindsay responded promptly to our phone call re concern about a wasp's nest. He was able to reassure us that it was in fact bees, not wasps, and gave us a wide range of options and was extremely knowledgeable with reference to different species of bees and their impact! He freely supplied this information and left us withthe decision, based on his advice, as to the best way forward. Completely satisfied and would certainly use the company again
