Removal of a large wasps nest over the front door. We had the usual great service from Gavin. He was phoned late on a Friday afternoon and the wasps nest was removed the very next day.

Gavin is always very good at explaining the options and prices are very reasonable.

My tenant advised that she had found bed bugs in the property and having called around a couple of pest controllers I found Gavin to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was keen to ensure accurate quotation by carrying out a site survey and provided a cost that was competitive and seemed to be good value for the work that would have been requires. However upon investigating the issue he confirmed that the bugs were not bed bugs and were infact golden spider beetles. His advice and honesty was very much appreciated as both the tenant and I were convinced that they were bed bugs after consulting Google! He could have treated the issue and taken payment no question and we would have been non the wiser. Good to know that his company are honest. If I ever have any future pest control issues I know who I'll call first!

I was unsure if I had bedbugs and called a few pest control companies to ask for a quote. Gavin was the only one who spent time (free of charge) to make sure his services are needed instead of quickly charging me for a service I might not need.

In the end, I didn't need his services but in the future I would only trust him.

I contacted Anglo Scottish when I spotted a wasps nest in one of our dormer windows. They asked me to send a couple of photos to show where it was and any potential issues with access. Jack came round that very day, chatted through some options and did away with the nest there and then. Brilliant service. So helpful, knowledgeable and above all, quick!

Jack was conducting some mice pest control in my stair of the tenement where I live, I live on the ground floor. He came to check my flat for possible signs of mice. I have only seen evidence of a mouse on one occasion and evidence of droppings in one of the bedrooms. No further evidence was found but the tenement householders have had several sightings in different flats and two have killed a mouse each while one with one flat was unable to control the problem.
Jack very thoroughly inspected the house, gave me advice on how to look for evidence and protect myself. He was very informative and a pleasant man. As he considered the flat to be free from mice, no intervention was necessary apart from one precautionary deterent in a hole found in a cupboard.
The service was offered for free.
