All our prices at Alcatraz locksmiths are fixed. We can give a customer an accurate quote over the phone by simply asking a few questions regarding what service they need. If a customer is not sure what they are talking about or they would prefer a face to face quote that is no problem too. We will go to the property and give a free quote with absolutely no obligation to use our service

Answered e mails quickly. He managed to fit locks around my time scale which was fabulous. If I need another locksmith I will call Alcatraz first.

This is second time I have had to call out Danny to replace an old lock that had given up the ghost, response was quick, date agreed and he came this morning, replaced the lock and was all tidied up within the hour, excellent customer service!

Arranged for decorator to work in the flat whilst away and didn’t give all the correct keys. So he was stuck outside. Rang Danny on recommendation from another locksmith I had used before but was in a job some distance away and couldn’t get to the flat for a few hours. Danny was there in 30 mins or so and got straight in without replacing the barrel of the Yale lock. Quick, pleasant, very reasonable charge. I thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing urgent access to their property.

Had a requirement to have a lock replaced, phoned up and arranged a time for the following day which was appreciated despite job not being urgent. Assessed what needed done and provided options for the solution. Very friendly and professional service - would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing service. Our old door, which had been stiff and difficult to lock, finally gave up the ghost and locked us out on a bank holiday weekend.
Alcatraz were here within the promised 20 minutes and got the door opened quickly. On top of that, he took the whole locking mechanism out, found the issue, fixed it, oiled it, and adjusted the door's hinges so it's hanging properly again. Downstairs neighbours will be very happy as the door now opens and shuts without a sound!
We had been considering a brand new door but have been assured we don't need it any more, so getting locked out has saved us hundreds of pounds. Very professional, friendly and value for money, even ignoring the very welcome new door savings! Highly recommended. Thank you Alcatraz.

I received excellent service from Danny at Alcatraz Locksmiths. He arrived when he said he would, did an excellent job of changing my locks, tidied up after himself and talked me through the new locks and how they worked. He was also very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend him.

Danny fitted a key safe despite challenges with walls being very bumpy. Also oiled a upvc window lock which I thought was broken and got it openable again for no extra charge.

The whole lock mechanism on our back door was broken. Alcatraz Locksmith's responded quickly to our messages, identified the problem and gave a quote very quickly. More importantly (unlike other locksmiths contacted) Alcatraz came quickly and carried out the repair efficiently and professionally. We also found out that our locks were not thief proof so had an updated one fitted.

Danny came in to look at an old door lock which was jamming while opening from outside. The locking mechanism had been discontinued and we were potentially looking at having to replace the whole door frame. Danny fixed this for us by replacing and realigning the lock and saving us hundreds of pounds. Very effective service, highly recommend!

Danny helped me get into my new flat, after the seller gave me a set of broken keys and another locksmith cancelled on me last-minute. He was reliable, professional, and very helpful. Will definitely be using this company again in the future (hopefully for an upgrade, rather than an emergency)

The quote for changing two locks was very reasonable. The original locks were fairly old so replacing them was somewhat involved but Danny completed the work quickly and to a high standard.
I'm really pleased with the price and quality of the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alcatraz Locksmiths.
