Replaced conservatory door lock cylinders with higher security ones as recommended by Police Scotland to combat lock snapping which has become more common as a means of breaking into properties.

Called Albany Locksmiths at 9.10 am. They said they would come at 11.00 am. They arrived at 11 am, completed the job quickly, cleaned up afterwards and were very polite. An excellent job done.

Quick service replacing a broken old lock which, being to a shared front door, needed many keys which were cut in his van so that no one had to wait for a new key. Though I hope not to need a locksmith again for some while at least, I would use this one again should I be unlucky enough to need one.

Willie replaced damaged locking mechanism on upvc window. Asked for photos of the lock prior to appointment to ensure he had the correct parts. Fixed with minimum fuss. Efficient friendly service at reasonable price. Would use again.

William fixed a door handle. He replied promptly and arrived on schedule, despite having a backlog of work owing to the recent lockdown.
