Had issue with rear door locking. Lock required to be replaced. Phoned 3pm, sorted within 48 hours. Very friendly and would use again. Would recommend to friends and neighbours.

I couldn't lock my front door on a Friday late afternoon. Called Albany Locksmiths as we'd used them before. William turned up within 20 minutes and identified the problem. Unfortunately he had to order the new part which took a few days but he came back and fitted it straightaway. Very friendly and professional. Will recommend and use again.

I contacted Albany to replace locks at my mum's house. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work quickly and efficiently and spent time showing my mum how to use the new locks and making sure she was comfortable with them.

Repaired lock on communal door to tenement. Excellent service and really nice and honest person to deal with. Initial quote over the phone was halved when on site and the repair carried out quickly and efficiently. Would recommend and use again

I had locked myself out. Albany Locksmiths came to my rescue very quickly, arrived when he said he would and got me back into my home. Very professional, patient and took care not to cause any damage. I was delighted with this service and I would use Albany Locksmiths again should I find myself in the same situation.

Replaced conservatory door lock cylinders with higher security ones as recommended by Police Scotland to combat lock snapping which has become more common as a means of breaking into properties.
