Their service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Lindsay kept us up to date with what was happening via email & phone calls. Very helpful & approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.
Dean & his Team have done excellent job, they were always on time & were respectful of your property. Cleaned up after the job was done. We just can’t fault their workmanship & was really impressed with the end result. When we decide to get our windows done we will definitely be giving them a call. 5 *

We have just had our back windows and door fitted. This is the second time we have used Alan Dobbie Glass and Glazing, having recently had them fit our attic bedrooms and bathroom windows. Very pleased with work. Fitters are pleasant guys, conscientious and explain what they are doing as they go. Work was over two days so some stuff had to be left over but they tidied up and moved things to make them safe from one day to next.
Happy with price which was competitive and quality of windows and door. So much so, we are asking them to return to do the front of our house!
Whole process from enquiring, measuring, quotes, payment was easy.

Replacement of a failed pane of double glazing. The individuals I dealt with on the phone and in person were excellent - calm and professional, making the whole process smooth and easily understood. Definitely recommend for use!

Two of my PVC windows had broken out of line handles and didn't close properly. I got replacement handles and a second visit to make sure everything was aligned properly, really happy with the end result. Also great service and communication.
