Derek installed an EV charger for me, the whole process was very easy. Oher companies wanted photographs, how many metres it was to the EV charger point, How many cables does the main fuse have, what is the rating and a bunch of other technical and not so technical stuff that some may have difficulty with. Derek needed that as well, the difference he came out to check these things himself and prepared an estimate. He also gave advice on the EV charger itself, he wasn't pushing any particular brand and would have fitted any EV charger I chose.
The job itself took around half a day and is very neat. From start to finish it was a few days, first contacted Access Electrical on 18 July and the work was completed on 23 July.

Mains short when rain came through roof. Smoke alarms going off. Derek responded as requested and the alarm was moved when it dried out.

We had used Access Electrical Scotland a few years ago and found them to be very helpful and willing to fit in around other we were doing in the house.
This time we were having an Ohme ePod electric car charger and associated fuse board fitting. As the job was only a half day one, Derek fitted it around his, and our schedules which was very convenient.
The charger, cabling and labelling are all really neat and on completion, Derek gave us a demo of how the charger and app worked; really useful.

We are refurbing our previously unused attic space. Before the attic floor was installed we asked Derek to install new lights and electrical outlets throughout. His team also installed two new wired points through the ceiling of the room below to allow new pendant lights to be installed later. Our attic is a challenging space to work in but they did a great job.
