We are Rope Access working at height professionals offering an alternative to having expensive scaffolding installed - We are the equivalent of modern day Steeplejacks
We carry out : Rooftop ,Building and Facade inspections / maintenance and cleaning, providing full detailed photographic reports using Rope Access Techniques ,( No need for scaffolding ).
High level gutter cleaning and unblocking / leaky joints repaired and vegetation removal, nuisance bird deterrent measures
Loose High level stonework, coping stones and balustrades made safe /repaired, re-pointing and cement repairs
High level painting and glazing /mastic and silicone pointing /curtain walling
High level slate and tile repairs / lead flashings/chimneys capped, re-pointed even removed (controlled demolition )
Company Director Phil Norris is an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Safety Supervisor & an OPITO level 1 rigger;
With over thirty five years experience in the roofing and working at height industry onshore and also offshore within the oil and gas sector.
We are able to provide a wide range of services through our multi skilled rope access technicians..for all your working at height needs, Commercial,Industrial and Domestic.

Our roof had slates missing and a suspected issue with our side chimney. On contacting the company, Phil responded quickly and provided a reasonable quote for the work expected. He arrived on time to undertake the work and his communication was really good throughout, keeping us up to date on what he was doing and where works were needed.
Despite difficult weather conditions, Phil and his team mate completed the work quickly and safely. He had a really professional, friendly and pragmatic approach to the work needed & I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if we need roof works doing in the future.

We were very happy with the work undertaken by Phil. Very professional and slick organisation, they clearly know what they were doing and have left our gutters beautifully cleaned out ready for winter. They even sent us photographs of their work.

AIM North Ltd were brilliant in the work that they did. They were helpful and most importantly straight talking. They told me exactly what was needed and provided advice on what needed to be done.
On top of this they were professional, friendly and communicated extremely well with me.
I would highly recommend this company especially for somebody that doesn’t have all the knowledge or understanding regarding roof and guttering repairs and maintenance.
I am always extremely worried about cowboys and have been caught out before. AIM North are not cowboys. Thank you

Phil sealed a hard-to-access leaking pipe for us and inspected our roof to give us an idea of condition. He was professional, polite and really knew his stuff. I will happily use AIM again in the future.

AIM carried out a roof repair to a tenement block for me in Dundee. Slated repaired, repointing work, re-sealing of a skylight and clearing gutters. Even repaired a down pipe for no extra charge.
Really professional job and excellent communication from start to finish. Would definitely use again in the future!

We had a leak in our skylight. Phil came to have a look at it and arranged a date that was convenient for all. A great job and a friendly and professional guy, explained everything he was doing, showed photos of the work done at the end. Job was quicker than expected so the price ended up as being less than the original quote. It's been pouring this week and no more water coming in so the job has clearly stood up to stress testing. Would absolutely call Phil again if there was any work to be done - a complete gent. Highly recommended.
