I used AGG Builders for renovations of most of a tenement flat last year, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Andrea was reliable, communicative and turned up when he said he would.
He would call or text to check details when I wasn't around, and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the work.
His team were efficient and polite, and did such a good job - my flat is much admired by everyone who visits!
They removed carpets, a fireplace and a scaffolding structure that was in the box room. They removed woodchip wallpaper and plastered various ceilings and walls. They installed a kitchen, adjusted a door and inserted a false ceiling to help with a lighting issue, sanded and stained the floorboards and rewired a couple of rooms to make the set up work.
(I thought I'd left a review at the time, but was on Trusted Trader for another reason today and realised my review wasn't here, hence the delay - apologies!)
I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs work done (and have done over the past few months)!

Andrea and his team undertook the removal of a kitchen, the removal and installation of a new bathroom, creation of new doorway openings and the installation of a new kitchen. Andrea was a fantastic project manager, he was always available for questions and very personable. His wider team did a fantastic job, punctual and efficient, always keeping to the agreed timetable and ensuring our home was treated with the upmost respect.

We enjoyed having Andrea and his team work with us and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again for future projects.

Very highly recommended. Needed both internal collapsed lathe and plaster ceiling replaced, and external pointing of stonework. Assessment of work to be done and estimate was thoughtful and prompt, and subsequent customer care from office and on-site exemplary. Not only did they turn up when they promised to, but all the team executed quality work both inside and out with no fuss. thought, care and friendliness. Why can't all firms be like this!

I have my shop fully renovated by AGG company l cannot recommend them enough for any project you are looking for. Don’t look any further this company has a vision and and ethics very Sirius every job they do and there’s not taking any shortcuts with any cost.

We used AGG back in May to change the layout of our bungalow. We knocked down a wall and created a new kitchen diner space and also installed a new bathroom (where our old galley kitchen used to be). From the outset AGG were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We had never done a big renovation before so having a builder we trusted was key. We moved out for the duration of the build and AGG kept us updated and let us know if any problems arose. Thankfully we had no big issues to deal with and everything went very smoothly. Pricing was fair and the standard of work was very high. All workmen were reliable, hardworking and always polite and respectful. The project actually ended up being under budget as some of the proposed work/changes either weren’t needed or we changed our mind. I would have no hesitation in employing AGG again and hope to use them to carry out further renovations in the future.

They have just finished replacing all my roof tiles.
Started on time ,finished the job with efficiency.

We used Andrea and AGG for our apartment renovations last year. This included moving the kitchen, extending the bathroom, knocking down a structural wall and fitting a supporting
beam, in addition to decorating the flat.

Andrea and team were extremely professional, polite and quick to respond to any messages. Andrea always kept us in the loop with regular contact throughout the project. They worked to schedule and budget and we were extremely impressed with the quality of work completed. Andrea and team all have excellent attention to detail and finish everything to a high standard. From our side the renovation ran smoothly and efficiently and we were very pleased with the final outcome. We would have no hesitation in using or recommending Andrea and the AGG team.

Andrea and the team did a full renovation of our flat and were great to work with from start to finish. They helped us with moving our kitchen and knocking through a wall to create open plan dining/kitchen area. They also installed a built in wardrobe and new bathroom. Hard working and helpful throughout the process. We had to make some changes as the project progressed and they were flexible and guided us through this. They were also very tidy and respectful of the flat. Would definitely use again.

AGG have done a lot of work for us - an attic conversion, an extension into the back garden and to the side of the house, as well as all interior work. This included a self contained granny annex. They were excellent throughout the whole process, hard working and professional; communication always great. The quality of work was very good. We would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Family bathroom and en-suite bathroom updated and reconfigured. New doors (x10) fitted throughout property. Both bathrooms had vinyl floors replaced with floor tiles, existing wall tiles replaced, bathroom suites replaced and repainted. Heated towel rails fitted. En-suite had bath removed and replaced with walk-in shower enclosure.
AGG had previously refurbished my brothers flat to an excellent standard. Andrea was extremely helpful with design advice as to what would or wouldn't work without being overbearing. He worked round late changes of mind without drama or complaint. Work was done to schedule and budget. Workers were unfailingly polite and friendly. Small snagging issues were resolved quickly and without question.
Would recommend unconditionally.

Andrea undertook the renovation of my apartment (we removed/relocated most walls, moved doors, put in a new kitchen and bathroom - a big undertaking). I was very happy with the level of service, the maintenance of timelines (within a week or so) and the willingness to put in the finishing touches. Friendly and reliable service and the apartment looks great!
