Moved into our new home 4 years ago, roof over 100 years old and required some attention. Arranged for a half day maintenance from the team at Tectorum with them fixing and replacing some loose slates and clearing and repairing the guttering. The team assessed repairs needing done and provided an itemized quote which we accepted including rebuilding skew and re-pointing cope stones, repairing skylights and replacing damaged slates.

The Tectorum team got in touch when they were able to do the job, put scaffolding up no fuss while they got on with the work which took around a week, despite the weather. The team showed me all the repairs they had carried out, some advice regarding some additional slates which was noted as needing replaced which we accepted. The work was done to a very high standard, the team were very polite, passionate and professional. Happy to take some disused aerials off the roof to have the roof looking tidy. Some further advice regarding future work which was not urgent but would be required in the coming years.

Will use Tectorum for yearly maintenance and repairs. Good value for money with final bill same as estimate.

We needed legacy tiling done on a former fisherman's cottage within the limits of strict council requirements. Tectorum Property was definitely the right choice - Duncan and the team were competent and hard-working, and it was a pleasure to get to know them. Very satisfied with the restored roof, and it's not often that you can say that a job was completed on time and under budget!

Repairs to the church roof were carried out quickly and efficiently and with minimal interruption to the normal use of the church activities. The roofers arrived on site on the days expected and completed the works to a good standard. Potential problems with flashings were not as bad as expected and costs were suitably adjusted. The site was left clean and tidy at completion.

Tectorum stepped in when I was let down (and cheated) by another supplier (not a Trusted Trader; I've learned my lesson!) and completed the project, including redoing quite a lot of it. It is always nicer for a trader's point of view to be starting from scratch rather than undoing someone else's mistakes, so I am especially grateful to them for dealing with the problems quickly and efficiently. I hope to use them again for other projects that fortunately were not undertaken by the rogue trader.

We needed external work done on the 3rd storey of house. They identified a leak into the roof and carried out effective repairs. They also restored & painted the dormer windows.
As a separate job they replaced sections of the cast iron guttering and replaced slates as required. I was very happy with the work they did.

Reroofing a stone built byre. Removal of rotting sarking, replacement of some joists and rafters and replacing the old slate with reconditioned used slate. An excellent job done by a skilled, pleasant and cheery team. The roof now looks as good as new.

Roof maintenance on the Lodge roof in mauchline, including 33 slate repairs, cleaning out gutters valleys and wallhead gutters, also haunching around three of the chimney cans.

This was specialised work on a sizeable traditional roofing project delivered well and on budget.

We recently upgraded our waste water system and Tectorum were subcontracted to reposition the slate on completion of the gutter work. Tectorum also performed a slate overhaul of the whole roof. Our roof is Scottish slate.

Knowledgeable, reliable and helpful roofers. Matched slates perfectly for our regular annual maintenance and gutter clean. Also very helpful with a leaking roof window. Had a lot of mixed opinions from combinations of roofers and glaziers (going back and forth between) but in the end the informatino we had from Tectorum initially proved correct (which was that we need to get a glazier to address the problem with the double glazing panel). Definitely trust them and will continue to use them.
