Had my gutters renewed. Very competitive price. Overall very professional service, the guys, Jami & Jai who completed the Job were very friendly and polite. I chose R. Wilson Roofing Ltd. based on the positive reviews posted on the Trusted Trader site. Robert exceeded all expectations in installing new soffits, fascia, bargeboards and guttering:-

He turned up, as arranged, to survey the job and duly provided an estimate within 24 hours.
The price was the most competitive I received.
He sent pictures to illustrate the products available.
He was pleasant and understanding when I changed the specifications at the last minute.
He arranged a date to commence immediately the materials became available.
He and his team started promptly each day and worked without interruption, other than for lunch.
They were exceptionally polite at all times.
They tidied up thoroughly before leaving each day.
Mid-way through there was heavy rain from early morning and it was perfectly understandable that they did not work in such conditions - Robert nevertheless turned up personally to explain and apologise.
I was aware of a cracked tile over the integrated garage roof - Robert noted it too and remedied it at no extra charge.
He readily provided advice on aspects of roof maintenance.
The work has greatly improved the whole appearance of the house.
From initial contact to completion was little over three weeks.

The guttering, both front and back, needed replacing. The quote was reasonable. They gave notice of when the work would be done and it was completed in a day. They also replaced 2 roof tiles which were found to need attention when they got to roof level. All the rubbish was taken away and the property left tidy. I would certainly recommend them.

Robert and his team have carried out a couple of jobs on my roof. Repairs to chimney last month. I asked Robert how the roof looked in general and he said it looked good but that the ridge tiles could do with cleaning and repointing.
So today the guys were here cleaning moss from ridge tiles and repointing them. Also cleaned and checked gutters.
I telephoned Robert because of the reviews I had read and I'm glad I did! Would definitely recommend Robert and his team as they were professional, reliable and did a first class job.
