Annual boiler service carried out be the Premier Gas & Mechanical Solutions Team who turned up on time and on the agreed date. The service was carried out efficiently without any mess, respecting my property and household furnishings. I have used this company for several years after they carried out the boiler installation around 4 years ago.

My house had been badly flooded before Christmas and my immersion tank at the beginning of January began to leak quite badly. Premier Gas were on the ball, unable to find a plumber who was free, the boss himself came round to fix the problem and took no money for the repair. He also expressed concern about the condition of the house and the fact that I should try to get some help finding temporary housing, although this had already been arranged by East Ayrshire Council. A superb response, quickly done and the problem was fixed in no time at all. I thoroughly recommend Premier Gas. They are reliable, trustworthy, and answer promptly to your call.

Premier Gas Solutions recently supported our organisation by installing a number of new hot water storage vessels and heating controls as part of a larger refurbishment project within healthcare premises .

Steven, David and the team at Premier Gas Solutions were professional throughout the project and the installation and workmanship was completed to an extremally high standard.

New Central heating boiler fitted. Engineer showed great enthusiasm for his work and truly showed a willingness to complete the work to a very high standard. Proud to show his workmanship and explain it in detail. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of the workmanship, the time taken to complete the work, the tidyness of house throughout and an engineer who obviously loves his job.

Ricky came to fit new boiler at my mothers house. He called prior to the visit and was there first thing on time to start work.

He kept me up to date with progress throughout the job. I have to say that Ricky is one of the most friendly and thorough tradespeople I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. The job was done to a high standard with minimum disruption and fuss.
