I had a new gas boiler installed. The work was carried out to a very standard and the technician who performed the installation did do to a very high standard. He was very polite and kept both me and my wife updated on progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and relatives.

Gas central heating timer switch and thermostat replaced. The work was not straightforward because the system is old. Davie, the engineer, identified the source of the problem and replaced the faulty objects.
He came punctually at the appointed time. At first the task seemed a simple replacement was required but this proved not to be the case. He returned promptly when contacted. He communicated clearly. A truly professional job.
I would recommend him without hesitation.

Had an issue at the weekend, gave them a call, sent diverted one of the engineers to assess and do repair. Couldn’t fault the speed and workmanship from start to finish. Will not go anywhere else

I got my roof replaced and needed my thermal dynamic panel removed and put back up again.
I found Premier Gas and Mechanical Solutions Ltd through word of mouth.
They came that day and sorted the gas in the thermal dynamic panel then came back on the day they said they would with a telephone call prior to let us know they were on their way. The panel was on the roof and was regassed, system checked and ready to go again.
Both Steve in the office and Dave the engineer were very pleasant, willing to answer any questions and give advice.
I would happily recommend them for this type of job.

Everything went smooth from the communication to the engineer arriving and carrying out the task. All paperwork was complete and our system given a full bill of health. would recommend highly.

I can not thank Premier Gas enough for their excellent service. When contacted they came out straight away to what we thought was going to be a quick fix. Unfortunately the boiler needed replaced however Premier Gas's quick response and fitting made the job so much easier. Their engineer offered great advise and was great at answering all our questions. I would high recommend Premier Gas to anyone.

Boiler service and repairs carried out, making boiler and flue safe after the previous installer had installed with errors.

Premier Gas Solutions attended swiftly and made good any issues deemed to be unsafe. My house had been badly flooded before Christmas and my immersion tank at the beginning of January began to leak quite badly. Premier Gas were on the ball, unable to find a plumber who was free, the boss himself came round to fix the problem and took no money for the repair. He also expressed concern about the condition of the house and the fact that I should try to get some help finding temporary housing, although this had already been arranged by East Ayrshire Council. A superb response, quickly done and the problem was fixed in no time at all. I thoroughly recommend Premier Gas. They are reliable, trustworthy, and answer promptly to your call.

Premier Gas Solutions recently supported our organisation by installing a number of new hot water storage vessels and heating controls as part of a larger refurbishment project within healthcare premises .

New Central heating boiler fitted. Engineer showed great enthusiasm for his work and truly showed a willingness to complete the work to a very high standard. Proud to show his workmanship and explain it in detail. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of the workmanship, the time taken to complete the work, the tidyness of house throughout and an engineer who obviously loves his job.

Ricky came to fit new boiler at my mothers house. He called prior to the visit and was there first thing on time to start work.

Overhaul of central heating system in working medical practice, further work in the boiler room, replace existing pipework with new and all radiators fitted with new individual thermostatic controls.

Work carried out to the highest standard again, the tidiest workmen I have ever had work in the practice ! Accommodating us by working evenings and the weekend so to have as little disruption to the practice as possible.

We had a new boiler fitted and a new Solar Assisted Heat Pump fitted aswell guys did a first class job pipework is fantastic compared to what had previously been there and our new heat pump is giving us almost free hot water and with the way things are going should be a great help to cut down on bills

They came to check on a Thermo magic box hot water system that was installed in 2017. It had been turned off for about 3 years. As we are selling the house we wanted to check the system was fine and working as it is meant to.

The engineers were very kind, explained to us the UN's and out's of the system and that it was working just as it should.

We used Premier Gas and Mechanical solutions Ltd several times now and the service and the quality of their work is simply outstanding! You can’t get any better. They installed state of the art heating system in our new property and also done several jobs installing new cast iron radiators and bathrooms.

Have used the PGS team over many years for many large and complex projects that others would not contemplate taking on. Latest project was to design and install an energy efficient heating system for residential swimming pool plant room. Great care was taken in the design phase to ensure that that once on site the programme went to plan and budget. As always the technical aspects were explained in great detail but also in easy to understand layman's terms. Another successful project for the PGS team.

I have used PG&MS on several occasions, initially with a boiler installation, subsequent annual servicing and installation of thermostatic valves on radiators throughout my house.
