Excellent service again
Roof leak following the incessant rain, arrived as arranged and the repair was carried out there and then.
Colin was very honest with what needed to be done and even showed a phone picture of the damage.
Definitely recommended and will use again.

Having had a problematic leak for several years, with various roofers trying to locate the issue in the past, Burnside Roofing came to assess the property and laid out a plan of action with us as part of the initial estimate. After confirmation that we had approved the estimate, we were regularly kept informed as to when the team might start work.

During the first day or so, Burnside Roofing set up scaffolding and began repairs. These were more extensive than initially thought and Colin kept us informed at every step about issues discovered (with photos) and the expected additional costs.

The team were courteous, tidy and efficient and communication was exemplary, at no point were we left in any doubt about work being carried out or when the team were next arriving. Photos of work carried out were shown to us on several occasions, and even as a layperson, I was able to see the quality of the work completed.
We still need to see if the repairs have solved our problem, but I have every confidence that the thorough work and attention to detail given by Colin and his team will have done the trick. In addition, we already have a plan of action agreed going forward, should the repairs fail to resolve the leak and we are left in no doubt as to whether Burnside Roofing would be available to come back to us should we require this.

We own a semi detached property sobit was important to us for our neighbour to feel they understood the work taking place, in this case a chimney removal.

The actual job was remarkably completed in one day and you would not have known they had been at times working within our property, it was left spotless....not bad when one considers a log burner needed to be removed and subsequently re fitted. Our other neighbours made a point of stating how impressed they had been with both the speed and also the tidy way in which Colin and his team worked.

Colin is a gentleman and his guys are real grafters. They fitted us in for work during wet, windy and cold weather and worked non stop from the minute they arrived. Contacted Burnside Roofing in relation to a leak coming through my hall ceiling. Responded quickly and came out to have a look at it. Provided a detailed invoice straight away. Kept me informed with time scales and have came out and fixed the leak along with a few tiles that needed replaced. Very professional, tidied up after themselves and provided pictures of the repaired tiles and replacement lead. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend burnside roofing ltd, replaced ridges and hips with dry ridge system, looks fab and professionally done, all done in 1 day, amazing, the boys were all charming, a lot of old cement and tiles came off but all cleaned up when they left,very pleased with work done, knowing that the gales won’t be blowing these off.

From our 1st meeting with Colin he was totally professional and extremely clear on what would best for the work that was required and how best and most cost effected way to do it. We had a complete re-roofing of a fairly large property and all the timber etc replaced with pvc, down pipes and gutters etc.
Colin's advise was priceless to us and from start to finish he project managed the full job from ordering materials arranging deliveries of goods and being on site every day even at weekend and was in 24 hour contact with us during very bad weather while the works was being completed.
We would 100% highly recommend Colin and his team they were professional polite and tidy and always cleared up at the end of each day leaving as little mess as possible during the time on site.

Burnside replaced tiles on my roof and fixed flashing. The work was professional and I would recommend them to anyone with roofing problems.

Colin done a great job for us on 2 occasions. Firstly fitting Velux windows and replacing lead work around our roof. Care and detail were exceptional.
Secondly a new garage roof where he offered advice on best product and again fitted with great care taken to ensure the finished job would last for many years.
