Blacks of Brechin

Our house in Tannadice was emptied into 5 containers and taken into storage in Brechin, then when we were ready to move into our new property in Forfar we contacted Blacks and they delivered the containers a few at a time. They were extremely helpful and the move was completed seamlessly. I have recommended them to many people.

Our recent removal by Blacks Removals made a stressful time a little bit better. We chose Blacks because they had moved us over 20 years ago. The service started with Gillian in the office being very helpful by organising the contract and boxes and tape for us. There was a survey carried to allow Blacks to see the specific requirements of the job including how to manage our narrow driveway. The men, Robert and Shawn arrived on time and raring to go. Nothing was too heavy or too much trouble. The loading was nonstop until it was time for only a 20 minute lunch break. Lunchtime or not they had a schedule to keep. The pace of the packing picked up even more when Mrs. Black, Anne Marie, showed up to join in on packing the vans and unloading at our new house. It’s truly a family business and their professionalism is guaranteed. They took great care of our furniture during the removal. We didn’t have a scratch or a break on anything. They completed their day with the same smiles that they started with even though everyone was clearly tired. I would recommend them to anyone, regardless of the size of your house or the distance of your move.

Blacks of Brechin moved our house furniture and their team were exceptionally professional and took great care of it as they loaded their vehicle. We also had them store our furniture for over 5 weeks and then deliver it to our new home and once again the service was excellent - not a mark on anything - outstanding. Very pleased with everyone involved from Blacks in arranging and organising our moving house within Brechin. Very efficient service.

I had one house emptied and the contents put in to storage, and a 2nd house emptied and moved to a different town. Later the items from storage were delivered to my new address. There was a delay in the moving date but nothing was an issue for Blacks of Brechin. The removal guys worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent, great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recomend highly enough! Used blacks for house move for house move from South Yorkshire to Aberdeen with our belongings spending a year in storage at blacks in between. The guys doing removal at both ends were very professional, new their stuff & good lads. The office staff who dealt with storage were fantastic also. I could not fault anything. The whole team made everything straight forward & efficient. Great company!

Blacks moved our house in December. The service was really good from coming to assess what needed to be moved, getting the quote and removal day. The three chaps that moved our stuff were fantastic. Super helpful, polite and friendly. They moved us over two days and the second day was a long one while we waited for the keys to our new place. I can’t thank them enough for getting us moved in, no damages and all the time with a smile on their faces. Absolute credit to the team at Blacks.
