initial contact - pleasant and clarified exactly what had to be done. Timekeeping was excellent, as agreed. Engineer was extremely pleasant and helpful making sure that all was clean and tidy after job.

Prompt response to my enquiry to fit new bathroom radiator. Arrived early on day arranged and was fitted to complete satisfaction. No hesitation in recommending their services. Have also used them previously for servicing and fitting of new gas boiler. No issues.

Replaced a gas kitchen hob. Collected the keys from letting agent, replaced hob and returned the keys. All work carried out to a high standard, with no fuss or inconvenience and without delay. Would definitely recommend this trader.

I can't fault these guys. I was needing a plumber in an emergency due to a boiler leak on the day my mother's house was to be sold. An engineer came within an hour spotted the issue and sorted everything a few days later.
