I have been using John Doherty and Co Ltd company for 7 years now. They have been very pleasant. Also the phone operator when I phone for a call out.

Polite and competent tradesmen. Cleaned up after completion of job.

Heating engineer attended on the agreed time, kept our house clean and tidy, identified the leak in our heating system, drained radiator and resealed valve joint. All completed in a reasonable time and cost was as expected delivering real value for money. Would recommend this company for any heating/plumbing works.

These guys are just amazing. They are friendly and professional and prompt. They fixed a horrible plumbing job for me that I had been going back and forth on for months before I discovered this company and their good services. The radiator is of good quality and it was installed quickly (apart from the joiners, had to wait a bit on them) and easily. Have had other radiators looked at and advice on my boiler. The fact that they're local makes a difference too!

Have used John Doherty’s services many times over the years and this firm have never let me down. This time using them was no different. I needed a new vertical gas radiator installed and from phoning them to installation this was done relatively quickly. The two tradespeople who came and installed the radiator were very courteous, worked diligently and left no mess. They did an excellent job which I never doubted they would. I can’t recommend John Doherty highly enough.

initial contact - pleasant and clarified exactly what had to be done. Timekeeping was excellent, as agreed. Engineer was extremely pleasant and helpful making sure that all was clean and tidy after job.

Replaced a gas kitchen hob. Collected the keys from letting agent, replaced hob and returned the keys. All work carried out to a high standard, with no fuss or inconvenience and without delay. Would definitely recommend this trader.

We have used this firm for many years. The service they've provided is always excellent. We discovered them when our boiler broke down about 15 years ago. The insurance company sent out another engineer who condemned the boiler and said it was beyond repair. John Doherty came out and fixed it. We've used them ever since. John Doherty and Co Ltd removed our bath and replaced it with a disabled person shower (step in) and replaced our elderly shower with an electric Mira shower unit. The overall quality of their work was excellent and the helpful, friendly service of their employees was excellent too.
