John Doherty & Co has serviced our boiler/ central heating over the last number of years , and I have always found them prompt and professional. Their charging is fair and work has always been completed quickly. They are my "go to" company for servicing or repairs to my central heating.

We have used this company for decades and their service, advice, operatives are significantly better than average. However, the reason for the 4*s on this occasion is that a follow-up with a replacement part was overlooked and the part requiring replacement had only been replaced a year of two ago.

As an 81 year old pensioner, when I phone for various small jobs, firms are not keen, saying they are busy.
John Doherty and Co Ltd - the girl in the office was very friendly, organised work for afternoon, they came at the time said, work was first class and no mess at all.

Heating engineer attended on the agreed time, kept our house clean and tidy, identified the leak in our heating system, drained radiator and resealed valve joint. All completed in a reasonable time and cost was as expected delivering real value for money. Would recommend this company for any heating/plumbing works.
