Had our hall and staircase papered and painted to a very high standard. Arrived as arranged and finished the job in just over a day. Cleaned up afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend this firm to other clients and will certainly use them in the future.

Jim decorated/painted/papered a medium sized bedroom. From the initial enquiry through to the finished job, Jim was very professional, knowledgeable & couldn't have done more to help. Prices are very reasonable for such a high standard of work.
All prep work was meticulousy undertaken. From sourcing/supplying products & materials to carrying out the main work, it was clear that he takes a rare pride in what he does.
Not only would I not hesitate to use Jim again, I simply wouldn't go anywhere else!

Jim responded quickly and turned up when he said he would.
Job was to paint a bedroom and he had excellent communication and did a really good job.
Ended up getting a quote for the hall to be done as we were that impressed with his quality of work.

We were delighted that we chose Beardmore Decor to redecorate our hall following a repair to a ceiling. James advised using Wallrock fibre lining paper which we’d never heard of. All the old wallpaper was stripped off and the walls were sanded before the wallpapering was done. Finally , the walls , ceiling and cornice were painted. The walls look as if they’ve been plastered. Great job!! James cleared everything up each night and did a particularly good job of clearing everything up at the end. We would have no hesitation in recommending Beardmore Decor.

He spotted imperfections i the walls and insisted on sorting it out. There was no extra costs. A very professional job clearing up after himself. Very much someone you get back every time.

Jim was a pleasant person to have in the house-He was friendly , cheerful and courteous . Our cottage is old , and the walls are not always easy to work with but the thorough preparation resulted in a really good finish. He did a great job of the dining room, and transformed it from a rather dark , dingy room to one that will be a pleasure to be in. We would definitely recommend him.

Jim did a fantastic job for us. He completely re-decorated most of the house - did a great job in all areas including beautiful wallpapering. He also had to work alongside other trades which he did incredibly patiently. He worked late and weekends to finish the job, and stuck to his estimate even though there was more work than expected. He has done several smaller jobs for us since. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Beardmore Decor about painting our new house and he was incredibly quick to respond!
He was quick coming out to give us a quote and advising us on what would be best.
He managed to fit us in quickly considering it was a decent sized job with 5 rooms needing painted.
He was always on time, and kept in constant communication with what work he was carrying out each day. We highly recommend and will be contacting again in the future when looking to get our hallways done.

Jim lined and wallpapered my bathroom, painted the woodwork and walls. Jim was punctual, tidy and hard working. His workmanship was excellent and carried out with great skill. I was so impressed by his work I had him back to paint my bedroom ceiling and walls. Highly recommended.

We required our kitchen and living room to be painted along with all of the woodwork which required a lot of filling. The kitchen and living room were bare plaster and the kitchen walls were in a really bad state, Jim sanded the walls with a dustless sander which is a game changer. There was no dust left at all after this and the walls were made smooth. We are very pleased with the finish in both rooms, Jim has done an outstanding job! His prices are very fair, he also gave us receipts for materials used. His communication is excellent, he completed the job in good time and left our house very tidy once he had finished. We would 100% recommend Jim.

Our hall walls painted and all woodwork including ten doors great job, Jim had a no dust sanding machine which he used on walls and woodwork where needed he also gave me samples for colour choice, he arrived 9am when he said he would and worked right through to 5 each day, came prepared with everything he needed (didn’t disappear to get more product or tools etc which has happened to me in past with tradesmen) will definitely be using him for all our future work

Jim is not only a skilled painter/ decorator. He is also a trustworthy, kind, honest person. He is so hard working and transformed my whole 3 bedroom house/ dining room/ kitchen/ living room etc through his decorating skills and also left it so clean too. His attention to detail meant the decoration was perfect and I have recommended him to do decorating work for all my friends/ family. I have booked jim to decorate another of my properties as his work is so good and value for money. Nothing is too much trouble.

I followed recommendations from a friend and wasn’t disappointed. Jim came to start the work on time and was very professional throughout including clearing away at the end of the job. The interior painting is to a very good standard, he is particular to detail. I will be asking Jim back to complete more work.
