Roof and hip tiles were damaged and blown off by Storm Eowyn. Scott responded to my e mail enquiry by phone later the same day. The site visit and estimate were completed within a few days and the work within a week. The team tidied up thoroughly at the end of the job. At a very busy time it was re-assuring to have the repairs carried out in this way.

We have an annual maintenance contract with ATT, where we get our roof inspected and gutters cleaned twice per annum. More recently ATT came and replaced some cast iron guttering which had been damaged due to Storm Eowyn. Communication with Scott and the team is always quick and they always strive to get work completed within a week or two. Great service - would highly recommend.

Roof work including replacement of guttering and downpipe and installing pipe and hood for fan (supplied by others) together with ground work to install new pipe with extension to existing drain to stop damp problems.

The work was carried out very professionally to a high standard. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The work was carried out timeously and all waste was removed.

Scott came out the day after I got in touch to inspect damage to our house after a chunk of rendering dropped off above the back door, exposing a rusted section of lintel. He explained the possibilities were repair or replacement and gave a rough quote for both, recommending replacement as the best option. We went with his advice and work was scheduled, carried out and completed quickly and professionally - with the site completely cleared afterwards. After a few bad experiences with other traders, this was a breath of fresh air and we will definitely go straight to Scott with any future jobs. Top marks.

ATT have been our go to company for years. We recently moved to a new build and wanted something nice in the garden. Scott spent time listening to my ideas and came back with a plan that suited my vision and budget. The team were fast, efficient and friendly. Very mindful of our home and new neighbours who commented on how courteous they were.

Scott and his team designed and completed my back garden and patio area to an amazing standard, I had little idea of materials and finishes but was guided by Scott’s experience and professional opinion. They turned up on time and worked till late afternoon on what was the hottest week of the year. We had our front steps and path into the garden , front steps up to front door fixed and redone. Brickwork on front wall replaced and front wall rendered and roughcast.

Scott and his team took on what I would describe as “ Mission Impossible “ . They pulled out an old kitchen, knocked down walls, re-wired, and completely transformed the most awkward shaped kitchen / room you have ever seen into the most delightful practical functional kitchens anyone would be proud of. All the guys who worked on this project arrived on time if not early, were polite, worked their socks off and tidied up after themselves. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want a job done right within a reasonable budget, and to a high standard, then ATT are the company you should contact. 10 out of 10!

Our roof needed replacing and the loft boarded and insulated. Scott and his team did a fantastic job, turning up when they said they would or letting us know if they were delayed. ATT Building were not the cheapest quote we were given but they were utterly reliable and really pleasant and helpful.

Since then we have had to have additional and unrelated work done on our guttering and once again they have been very reliable. Scott texted or emailed when the work was to be carried out and when the weather prevented it being carried out as planned he immediately arranged another date and stuck to it.

Our experience with many other tradesmen has been it is often impossible to get hold of them or they do not call back when they say they will - this is not our experience with Scott and his team (Alan has been particularly helpful too). Given their work has also been of excellent quality we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
