9 replacement UPVC windows, a new front door and side panel, a new back door and French windows. Radburys were easy to contact, and nothing was too much trouble, Derek visited us at home, at a time agreed, the next day we had the full quote come via email, next a joiner visited us and done a full survey. Radburys also arranged for an architect to contact us to make the drawings for a building warrant for the new French doors, this was done and submitted to the council for approval. We were told by Radurys that the window fitting would start at the end of January 2017 and later we received an email confirmation for the 30th January, and would take 4 days. This is exactly what happened, on the 30th John and Robert arrived on time, to start the fitment and they finished on the Friday, leaving our home clean and tidy and an excellent job was done which we are more than pleased with, both John and Robert are very methodical workers allowing things to slot into place quickly and easily. We had to go out one day whilst they were here and had no problem at all with trusting them.
The windows and doors are of the highest quality and we have no problem giving Raburys our full recommendation to anybody who are seeking a good quality product and a good quality service.

New double glazing units in lounge, bedrooms kitchen and en suite Windows. From start to finish Radburys service was first class. Joiners and fitters turned up on time putting down dust sheets as they entered the property. I felt confident enough to leave the fitters to it and they didn''t let me down. All areas were left clean and tidy and they even put my Venetian blinds up again before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service. Living in a flat my windows had to match the style of those surrounding me and I would say that mine match better than the few properties with Windows that have already been replaced. I would say that Radburys has got it right. Account was not sent till Lesley had checked that I was pleased with the job and assured me that if I had any problems to give them a ring.

Supply and installation of white upvc door. I would use you again extremely helpful in our situation. It was my mother's door, she is 86yrs of age and does not deal very well with upset in her home.

Supply and install UPVC double glazed door. Found the company to be easy to conduct business with. Manufactures items I believe, are of a higher specification. Experienced staff are available to give advice at each step of the process. The installer had a wrath of experience and was able to resolve any awkward on-site issues.This was the 2nd time we had used Radbury and would do so again for any home upgrades.

A rated double glazed. John and Chris were very friendly and chatty. There was no damage to inside or outside of the building and the finished windows were excellent. I would choose a company like this over these large ones that advertise in the papers.
