We were delighted with the work carried out by Radbury. Friendly, efficient and arrived when they said they would. We would happily recommend and would use again.

Adjustment to porch door, which was sticking. Chris was very helpful and explained exactly what was the cause of the door sticking. He adjusted the door keeper to allow for more clearance when opening or closing the door.

3 windows replaced and bedroom mirror doors changed Before starting work a protective cover was placed on stair carpet and a sheet on hall floor, pleased to see that as it was a showery day and the men were coming and going to their vans and working outside too. The men worked away steadily and efficiently. The rooms were left clean and tidy, I didn’t have to do any hoovering afterwards. They started at 9.00 am , and left at 6.30pm so it was a full day. Very satisfied with the completed work.

Replaced back and front door and glass in 5 windows From first contact through to the aftercare the service has been excellent. Derek did a brilliant job and listened and explained everything thoroughly before providing a very reasonable quote.
The joiners (whose names I unfortunately didn''t get) did a great job. They were both very courteous, hardworking, efficient and tidy. They were brilliant. Lesley''s aftercare was very welcome and made me feel a valued customer and that nothing was too much trouble. Communication was good and anytime I had a query, it was responded to very quickly.
I wouldn''t hesitate to use Radbury again in the future.

6 windows repaired.

Double glazing in 6 rooms. I will not provide the price. We asked for quotes from three companies including Radbury. One didn''t respond to our enquiry so it was down to two.
Radbury provided a very detailed report compared to the other supplier. This allowed us to make an informed decision and we decided to go with them.

I would have preferred more communication between placing the order and the work starting. At least one progress update would have been helpful.

The work was completed on time with minimal disruption although there was slight damage (scuffs and scrapes) to the existing woodwork. One window had been damaged in transit. Radbury brought this to our attention and arranged a replacement.

They also provided an aftercare service to make sure that we were happy.
