We had a new Palladio Composite door with side panels installed by Radbury Double Glazing Ltd.
They had previously fitted our French doors in the new extension at our property.


Derek and his team where fantastic from start to finish, his fitters are so well mannered and clean. they made no damage, and the finish was outstanding.

When we when to the Head Office to pay. we met Lesley the Company owner who was absolutely Lovely and very friendly.

Removal of back and front doors to house. Installation of new doors plus glass panel in front door too. The doors and glass panel were fitted expertly by the fitters. The men were excellent throughout the time showing professionalism in their work and in conversation with us.
Old doors and glass were removed from the house and after installation of new doors, all debris was cleared up. The hall and kitchen were left spotless.

First class service and doors look beautiful. Will certainly be recommending your firm to friends and family.

Purchase and installation of two replacement bedroom windows This company made the entire process quite easy. They provided a pre-work estimate and the sent a surveyor to ensure the correct dimensions were ordered. The quoted timescales and costs were met and the installation process was very effectively and efficiently carried out. The installers were quick and left the rooms in a clean and tidy state. Reselling external all windows and doors I would liked to have know the cost of the job prior to work starting however I was pleased with the job carried out.

Radbury replaced eight windows, a large bay window and two external doors; together with installing two sets of new french windows in an older property. The team at Radbury were excellent throughout the process.

They took the time to understand our desires and the challenges of our older property. Taking the time to carefully survey the property and present three quotes to allow us to understand the cost implication of different options and delivered sample windows to assist with the decision making process.

There were some challenges during the process, including supply issues, and a design issue. Radbury worked hard at resolving these issues, coming up with alternative approaches to overcome both matters. Their communication and willingness to find a solution was first class.

During the installation, the team delivered what they promised. Quality products installed with care and true passion to deliver an excellent finished product. We were impressed by the fact that they always came when expected, worked diligently while on the job, and tidied up after themselves.

Was the process perfect? No. There were a few unavoidable hiccups in the processes. Despite this I would highly recommend Radbury, as they communicated throughout the process, delivered an excellent end product at a fair price and there was no additional hidden costs at the end.
