Radbury replaced eight windows, a large bay window and two external doors; together with installing two sets of new french windows in an older property. The team at Radbury were excellent throughout the process.

They took the time to understand our desires and the challenges of our older property. Taking the time to carefully survey the property and present three quotes to allow us to understand the cost implication of different options and delivered sample windows to assist with the decision making process.

There were some challenges during the process, including supply issues, and a design issue. Radbury worked hard at resolving these issues, coming up with alternative approaches to overcome both matters. Their communication and willingness to find a solution was first class.

During the installation, the team delivered what they promised. Quality products installed with care and true passion to deliver an excellent finished product. We were impressed by the fact that they always came when expected, worked diligently while on the job, and tidied up after themselves.

Was the process perfect? No. There were a few unavoidable hiccups in the processes. Despite this I would highly recommend Radbury, as they communicated throughout the process, delivered an excellent end product at a fair price and there was no additional hidden costs at the end.

The work is absolutely fantastic and from the day I ordered my windows and doors was brilliant. Everyone so friendly and nothing was a bother to them. I was let down by three other company’s last year but when I phoned Radbury they couldn’t of made anything easier for us. The boys who fitted the windows were fantastic workers even during all this heat they kept going and only stopping when they were due their breaks. They were so helpful, tidy and courteous. When the surveyor came out to give us a price was so so helpful and made suggestions to what we might like I was not disappointed with the advise he gave us. The office staff were amazing as well. The price was brilliant as well. So can’t say anything else but amazing.

I felt that Radbury went above and beyond and the advice they gave me by making suggestions was outstanding. I honestly can’t recommend this company more. Fabulous from start to finish.
