Two independent problems. Leak through ceiling from en-suite upstairs, and floor leak from toilet pedestal downstairs.
Prompt diagnosis and repair, tidy working and good communications.
Both issues addressed efficiently, a new toilet chosen, delivered and fitted within two days.

We experienced a water leak from behind our upstairs toilet. Contacted John Clark as had used before. They agreed to come the following afternoon. Two plumbers arrived on time, quickly diagnosed two problems. They dealt with these with efficiency and thoroughness. We are very pleased with their work and the reasonable charge for their services.

A new gas central heating boiler, with wireless thermostat.
Work was completed efficiently and timely. Had a number of follow up questions, which John answered promptly and to my satisfaction.
John also set up the 10 year free warranty agreement.

John has fitted two bathrooms in our home and replaced our boiler. Also replaced a Quooker hot tap.
The work carried out was to a very high standard, John and his workers are always polite and respectful of their surroundings.
John always provides good value for money and I would have no hesitation recommending him to undertake any plumbing installation or repairs.
