We have an old detached sandstone house where the roof is mostly original welsh slate over a hundred years old. We had to have part of the roof replaced and other areas repaired.I found Henry Harvey Roofing to be a very professional outfit. After a visit to the house I was given a fully outlined and costed estimate. When the work was complete we received a complete invoice and notice of insurance cover. All of the people I spoke to were knowledgeable and friendly. The roofers were polite, hardworking and conscientious. Got the feeling that they were working as a team and kept us informed of progress. There was a personal review of finished work which was discussed with us. We were very happy with the work done. We needed to get our roof & gutter maintenance done! Henry Harvey came out and gave us a quote. The roofing team wire brushed and cleaned off moss, broken tiles replaced, sealed leaking guttering seals and sprayed the roof with moss killer. They cleaned out the gutters and any mess on the floor. They were polite, cheery and professional. You wouldn't know they'd been....except the roof is clean again!

Felt and decking were stripped from flat roofs at front dormer, rear dormer and rear extension roofs. All debris was removed. Insulation was supplied and fitted, then new 18mm roofing grade OSB deck boards fitted to joists. 2mm base layer of felt was torch applied to the decking followed by a 5kg high performance polyester based mineral cap sheet.
Workmen were polite, friendly, clean and tidy. The crew boss was very good at explaining what was being done, showing photographs to evidence his reports. A very high standard of work. Thoroughly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Henry Harvey Roofing Ltd.
