We are a local company based in our home town of Ayr. We have a wealth of knowledge in the window furnishings market gaining a large proportion of our work from repeat customers and referrals. We can guide you with what would work best, for you, based on your needs and visions.

We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive 12 month guarantee on our range of blinds and curtains and up to 36 month warranty on our range of shutters, leaving our customers with peace of mind.
We offer a full 'at home' service and free fitting - we will bring everything to you! As we are always out an about our showroom in Crown Street isn't always open. Therefore please just call us to arrange a time for us to come to you.

Window poles, and curtains for 3 bedrooms Excellent personal service. Kept us in the loop regarding the making of the curtains we wanted.
Company owner attended with her pole fitters to ensure all was done correctly. Then came and fitted/hung finished curtains herself. Also gave us, at no extra cost, 4 cushions of the same tartan design as the curtains. Could not fault her.

We spoke over what we wanted and Zoe later E-mailed and I phoned re costing and time date schedule. We happily went ahead and when work was completed we were both absolutely delighted. Zoe is a lovely, warm hearted person who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we were deliglited to have given our customer to a local business in Ayr

Fitted made to measure blinds throughout my house, including wooden venetian blinds, roller blinds, perfect fit blinds and blackout roller blinds. This was the second time I’ve used Acorn Shutters & Blinds and I’ve been very impressed both times. From initial enquiry, to measuring up and explaining the different options available through to installation, the team were very professional and did a great job. The blinds are really good quality and they make my home feel and look much better. All my old blinds/fittings were taken away and the place left tidy. I would not hesitate to use Greig and his team again and am delighted with both the service and products.
