Removal of old chimney liner, vermiculite packing and old multifuel stove, and fitting of new liner and wood burning stove to HETAS standards.
Prompt quote and installation date. Excellent comms throughout process. Impressed with quality of work and clean up. Problem found with vintage chimney pots needing re- seated and swapped, resolved speedily at fair/low extra cost.

I contacted Pentland Stoves to get a multi-fuel stove installed. The communication from the start to the end of the installation was promp, polite, professional and knowledgeable.
The stove was installed by Brian and Willie to a high standard and they left the room clean and tidy after the work.
We are delighted with the stove and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Pentland Stoves.

Pentland Stoves put in our new stove, which involved a bit of construction/structural work. We would highly recommend them!
Brian came to look at the job before giving us a quote, and was very engaged, helpful and professional with what we were looking to achieve. For the duration of the project he (and Willy) were very friendly and respectful and answered all of our questions in the same way. Brian worked to within our budget which was great.
The works were undertaken over 2 days on consecutive weekends by Brian and coworker Willy. They cracked on and were communicative about what was going on throughout. They tidied up after themselves well.
They gave us helpful recommendations on what stove we should chose and any restrictions because of “distance to combustible” issues.
Our Hetas certified stove is now in and surround is just waiting to be painted! Brian and Willy went through instruction for use in accordance with certification requirements.
We cant wait to give it a shot when the weather gets colder!
