Patrick was very helpful, sensitive, and responsive in answering my initial queries for a bereavement clearance. He was very flexible, working around my schedule for picking/dropping off keys and doing the clearance. Patrick went out of his way to assist with other jobs that he could see I needed help with, e.g. to tow away an old vehicle, and for sales advice from his real estate contact. The clearance itself was very thorough and efficient, the whole 1 bed, hoarder style flat was cleared within the day including taking the carpets up. The price was very reasonable (half of another quote from a bigger business), true to the quote and we were not charged for any extras offered. Patrick was friendly and a pleasure to liaise with throughout the process, couldn't recommend him highly enough!
