Steven took the trouble to clearly explain his findings throughout the boiler service.
Fortunately no problems.
He texted me before he arrived to tell me that he would be a few minutes late, which I appreciated.
Extremely professional and respectful, I won't hesitate to recommend him, and
the cost was very reasonable too.

Steven arrived promptly, and quickly set about servicing our Boiler.
Was very professional, and kept the work area tidy, just as he found it.
Explained everything at the end of the service, will definitely be giving him a call next year, and for any other issue we could encounter with the boiler.

3rd consecutive year SB gas serviced our boiler.
Steven is prompt in arranging date and time of inspection and takes time to complete necessary warranty requirements.
He explained exactly what repair was required to be carried out by our system supplier.

Steven was very friendly and walked me through what he was going to do. Once Steven had finished he explained a few things about the boiler and how it was still new and running efficiently. Very good customer service and will long forward to have Steven back next year to do the service again.
