Steven has great customer service, he was prompt, very polite, considerate by wearing face covering and willing to give advice on another matter. I'd have no hesitation on hiring Steven Boyd again.

Used Steven to check some gas fittings prior to a cooker connection. Was so impressed that I had him back last year to service my boiler and he has just completed a second boiler service and I couldn’t be more pleased.
His timing is excellent, gave me a detailed rundown on the boiler condition and the cost is very reasonable .
Would thoroughly recommend.

Steven serviced our boiler and gas fire.
He arrived at the agreed time, undertook the work extremely efficiently, explained what he had done and bled and checked every radiator. The price quoted for the work was very competitive. We received detailed Certificates the same day.
Undoubtedly the best heating engineer that we have employed and would have no hesitation in recommending his company to anyone.

Annual gas boiler safety check. Good communications, engineer explained what the check involved and explained the results once the check was complete. Finally made sure any mess was cleaned before leaving and wore a face covering throughout the visit. Highly recommend.

Needed someone to look at a gas fire as it wasn't lighting despite seeing a pilot light, called Steven who was able to quickly visit and diagnose the issue. Very professional, timely and very reasonable pricing for the work carried out. I've since recommended him to others who have since used his services and all agreed he is great!
