We just moved into a new place and the boiler hasn't been checked for over 10 years. Steen fixed a few issues with it and it's working so much better now. Thanks again

When Steven first visited he diagnosed a defective gas control valve. Steven tried to source a replacement part. He had no success, depite making several enquiries.
I opted to install a new Focal Point Multiflue fire. The chimney was swept before installation.
Steven had to overcome a small issue in my fireplace. He is returning next week to check on this.
I will ask him to do the annual maintenance.

Fire was not working properly. Fire was checked over and batteries replaced. Coals were checked and replaced where necessary.

Steven disconnect my gas hob and capped the gas for me. I’ve used his service many times before and he has always gave 100%. He’s reliable, fast to respond and always completes the job at a high standard. Would happily recommend him to friends and family and anyone looking for a gas engineer.
